Grantor-Grantee Search:
Allows you to search through the county's sales history file. The search will show all sales records that match the search criteria, allowing you to scroll the results. The search automatically searches last name first and also last name last to avoid missing results because of data entry inconsistence.
Many of the counties have sales histories going back to the early 1990's. Search results will vary by county depending on each county's data entry requirements.
